Here in Colorado things are shaping up well in terms of organizing this event.  Scribe Joe Kahoe, Mike Mosier, Charlie Felton and I are the POCs for publicity and we’ll get the info out to all of the reps; and all of the reps are the ones who will pass this info on to your classmates.  This process worked very well in 2003.

This year we’re again welcoming the guys with whom we spent the “Summer of ‘69" who did not graduate - we'd love to see you and your families.

                       Preppies and their families are invited to meet in the High Country Inn at 1500

                       for a briefing by the Prep School staff followed by a tour.

v      REGISTRATION PACKETS: Handed out during Registration at the place and times and will not be mailed.  All attendees must register on the advanced registration form and pay the fees in advance for the events desired.

v      FOOTBALL: Air Force vs. Utah - kick-off is at 1400.  Class will sit together in the West Stands, Section U5.  Wear your class colors and try to pickup on all the new, innovative cheers.  The West stands can lose the sun early, so dress accordingly.  Security entering the stadium will take time so please plan accordingly.  We will have current security information available in your registration packet.  Football Tickets must be purchased through the ticket office by following the link available at www.usafa.org, Class Reunion, 1973, Football or by calling 800-666-USAF.

v      CADET CHAPEL INFORMATION: For information on worship times please call (719) 333-4515 or go online at http://atlas.usafa.af.mil/hc/Information.htm.

v      CANCELLATION POLICY:  If cancellation occurs on or before 17 August, expect a full refund.  If cancellation occurs after 17 August, a single administrative fee for each registration packet will be retained to cover Class and AOG costs already incurred and will be excluded from refund.  Additionally, any funds that have been obligated due to contractual agreements, like some meals and activities, will not be refunded unless the tickets can be resold to another individual.  Note:  Final numbers for many activities and meals are called in 7 days before the start of the reunion which should allow a refund for these events if cancellation is before that date.  Generally, refunds will be mailed within 14 days after the end of the reunion.  Make your cancellation by mail, phone (719-472-0300, Ext 136), fax (719-333-4194) or e-mail (Tiffani.Lusson@aogusafa.org).  Make hotel cancellations directly with the hotel.
